Pilot Experience

Like all elements of our service, our standards for flight crew selection are among the most stringent in the industry. Northern Jet Management oversees all pilots and management of the aircraft operated by The Company Jet.  These relationships are all part of The Company Jet's commitment to maintain an unparalleled level of safety for customers while delivering the absolute highest level of service. Northern Jet Management's Captains are, quite simply, some of the most qualified in the industry. Their selection process is as demanding as the airlines and assures that only the best of the best are selected for this serious responsibility. All of the pilots are FAA certified, type-rated, and captain-qualified for all aircraft they operate on The Company Jet's behalf.

Pilots receive training with nationally recognized simulator training organizations, Simuflite and Flight Safety twice a year.  These training organizations provide expert training for our pilots in subjects such as high altitude flight, weather avoidance, emergency procedures, and security measures.

The most proficient, conscientious flight personnel are attracted to Northern Jet Management because of the professionalism, excellent safety record, exceptional aircraft, and reputation for superior maintenance service.
