Our Global Operations Center (GOC) team is comprised of professionals with extensive backgrounds in the aviation industry.  They are trained and motivated to monitor every facet of your flight experience from start to finish.  They are your single point of contact.

Each customer is assigned a team of flight schedulers to handle all the details necessary to make every trip a pleasant one.  Whether you desire in-flight catering, need a hotel room, special ground transportation arrangements, or perhaps that favored bottle of wine, every trip is perfectly tailored to your specific personal needs. 

Every staff member of Northern Jet Management working with The Company Jet goes through rigorous annual training in Federal Aviation Regulations, weather, flight tracking, and system integrations.
